Trip to the Grocery
I really wasn't planning to shop for fish, while at Raley's Grocery today. I had already eaten at Fin's once during the week. This time it was going to be chicken and asparagus that was to be my primary reason for grocery shopping. However, when I spotted a "Marlin" in the parking lot, I just had to take a cellphone picture. As you will note from the photograph, our rainy season is off to an early start. I hadn't seen an American Motors Marlin for many years, so I was curious when I came across this one. I would have taken more time to observe, but the rain wasn't all that accommodating. Anyway, I did get a decent shot of it - which just goes to show the importance of having a camera in your cell phone. My LG phone is nothing really special, but it does provide a keepsake photo at times. Without it, I would not have hooked this fish today.
