Sacramento is still feeling the effects of yesterday's fire near Cal Expo. The railroad trestle used by Union Pacific has burned to the ground and as a result railway service through Sacramento will be disrupted for several weeks. Nancy said that she could see the smoke from the freeway upon returning from Fairfield this afternoon. Lots of "lookie lews" slowing down to look over towards the smoke and causing traffic to move much slower than normal.
I'm meeting Beales tomorrow. We're going to link up at Fry's to check on gaming consoles and the like, then we'll stop my the house to get Nancy so we can have a St Patrick's Day dinner at Vinces. It should be fun.
