I spent several hours at the Sacramento Auto Show yesterday. It's an annual event that provides visitors an opportunity to sit in the various new models offered for the coming year - and to even drive a few. This year I drove the Chevrolet Cruze. The Cruze should do well in the marketplace as GM appears to be on track to make a full recovery. GM has redesigned most of their vehicles and the change is particularly noted in the interior quality of their entire line of cars. The exterior styling, for most models, has also improved as well.
As you will see from the attached photo link (Shutterfly), Hyundai is on a roll with their Sonata and Genesis models and the new Equus is a head turner meant to compete with the likes of Lexus, Mercedes and BMW. Both interior and exterior pictures of the Equus are posted below, on my Shuterfly site. The Equus is a very upscale vehicle and it will be interesting to see if consumers will be willing to pay sixty thousand dollars for a luxury vehicle manufactured by Hyundai.
