5:00 pm - Fourth of July
Regarding that blog picture of me. OK, so what if there is a little cherry juice splattered here and there; you try eating cherries with a big fork! Besides, we're all here at Nana and Richard's house to eat a lot of food and just have a "good ol" time. I went swimming, kicked the ball around the basketball court, danced to some old school songs, watched a few Sponge Bob cartoons and sort of ate my Fourth of July meal with my big fork. Wow, after having so much fun, I'm really exhausted! I'm really starting to feel all of my fifteen months of age. I think it's about time for a nap. I've just got to get some rest before the boys go out front to the driveway to set off their fourth of July fireworks. Later....
9:00 pm
I'm back, and ready for more action, but I really underestimated just how loud and scary fireworks can be when you are seated right next to the location where the boys decided to set them off. Pow- bam- flash-screech! REALLY, REALLY LOUD!!!! That can sure get your attention fast! As a result, Mom decided it might be best to take me inside for a while - you know, just so she wouldn't get too stressed out from all that racket going on.Really, I'm fine. Anyway... some of this stuff is kind of new to me - but I'm sure having a great time checking it all out! Hope you are too! Happy Fourth of July to you all!
Hey Mom - did you bring any earplugs??

Dear Baby Brandon,
Glad to see you are mastering eating. For God sakes don't ever try to eat like your grandfather Jim Davis. Jim uses his fork like a shovel and eats peas with a knife which he covers with honey to keep his peas from rolling off his knife.
Give me a call for guidance as to proper manners.
