Each year I am tempted to fly to Los Angeles to see their annual International Auto Show. It is significantly larger than the one we have in Sacramento. So far, it hasn't happened. I just have not gotten around to planning it. The next best thing, I guess, is to see the coverage of the new 2008 vehicles and concept cars that are displayed on the web. Every year, just like at CES in Las Vegas, the web sites covering the show get more and more sophisticated. The technology to depict exhibits of this nature has become so advanced that you really can have an in depth experience, albeit a vicarious one, of what goes on at these international shows. Still, some year soon, I plan to see the Los Angeles Auto Show first hand. When I do, I plan to create a great photo album and movie to preserve what I will have experienced.
